Hi there! I'm Jen Cote, the proud mother of two adorable children, Bennett, aged 2, and Cooper, aged 5. I am the wife of my best friend, Kim, with whom I've shared an incredible 25-year journey with. We call the picturesque community of Trinity Falls home, where we cherish the simple joys of life. A sports enthusiast at heart, you can either find me coaching or on the sidelines cheering for my kids or diving into the action myself. Although I'm no culinary expert, I pride myself on being a dedicated foodie with a knack for unearthing restaurants that turn dining into an unforgettable experience. In my professional life, I serve as an Energy Manager for a fantastic company that not only challenges me but also respects the value of work-life balance. For me, life is a delightful mix of family, fun, and the occasional belly laugh, and I wouldn't have it any other way! Go Gators!
